In Celebration of National Reading Month, CAL has invited Guest Readers to visit our school (Virtually)! This Friday, March 12, Guest Readers will read aloud to our students in their classrooms!

Please encourage our CAL Explorers to ROCK-IT on their Trimester 2 Benchmark Assessments!

Be sure your child gets a good night's sleep and eats a healthy breakfast before testing. Also, make sure your child wears their headphones and is not interrupted during testing. Please do not give your child answers during testing. Thank you!

CAL School-wide Distribution Day

DISTRIBUTION DAY: TODAY!!!
DISTRIBUTION TIMES: 10:00am-12:00pm & 1:30-3:30pm

Hello CAL Families,

TODAY, CAL will hold a School-wide Supply Distribution for parents to pick up their child's supplies and materials needed for the remainder of the 2020-21 Distance Learning school year.

Please note that any parents who cannot come on this day, can come during CAL’s Main Office Hours & pick up their child’s distribution bag from Security.

Please be sure to “drive-through” to pick up your child’s supplies and books that they will need for the rest of the school year.

Use the vehicle placard that we provided you or write your child’s first & last name, grade, & teacher’s name on a piece of paper and display in your car window and CAL staff will place the supplies into your trunk for you. Please also remember to follow all health & safety protocols.

Please adhere to all county health guidelines and safety protocols by wearing a mask and social distancing.

On <b>Thursday, February 11,</b> Children's Book Author, Carmen Rubin, will be visiting CAL's K-2nd Grade Classrooms via Zoom to read her book, <b>Honcho Hates Mud,</b> in celebration of Black History Month!
